We achieved this by making the entire event a showcase of their values in action. We worked with sustainable suppliers, chose venues with strong environmental credentials, eliminated single-use plastics, and made the whole conference carbon neutral.

We built networking into every part of the event. We created morning activities to get people connecting right from the start, had generous welcome drinks sessions, and extended cocktail reception time so conversations could flow naturally. We structured the agenda to make sure there was plenty of time between sessions for organic conversations and positioned the firm’s senior team where they could naturally engage with key clients throughout the day.

As a high-touch firm that’s known for treating clients exceptionally well, the event had to reflect that same level of care and attention. Since this event only happens every two years, we knew it had to leave a lasting impression that would carry clients through until the next gathering. We focused on creating the most well-run, enjoyable experience possible – making everyone feel welcomed and involved throughout.
