The primary challenge for this event was to ensure a uniform experience for both the Sydney and London attendees. The outcome had to embody synergy in order to align global teams with the event’s overarching purpose.
The Huddle team oversaw all aspects of the event design and execution. Huddle was responsible for venue sourcing in Sydney & London, program refinement, content creation, production delivery, decor design, sourcing & briefing entertainment, photography solutions, sponsorship coordination, event transport, full event administration, and onsite services for the event.
Huddle managed pre-planning for both event locations, ensuring seamless communication between consistent team members resulting in a uniform program delivery. Led by the project manager, regular touch-base meetings were organized to guarantee comprehensive coverage of every detail.
Huddle led a number of existing event partners coordinating all of the moving parts. As a part of this we tracked all key deadlines and financial obligations for each event partner to ensure proactive management and budget accuracy. As a single point of contact this ensured accountability & quality for our client.
Operating across multiple time zones, the team synchronized the event schedule and their on-site delivery. We managed event partners holistically across both locations with a single overarching project lead supported by local support in Sydney and London. This approach allowed us to keep a consistent & uniform experience for the attendees.
