Susan is a proven corporate events leader with a vision to revolutionize the impact of events on corporations, individual employees, and the environment.
While serving as president of a multi-national travel agency, Susan could manage complex travel logistics in her sleep. But she also saw the consequences of poorly planned gatherings—and realized that most companies don’t have the time, resources, or know-how to use technology to make events easier on their employees & the environment. Huddle Agency fills that gap by adding consulting, training, data collection, and automated workflows to the typical full-service event planning package.
When Susan’s not planning her next sustainable travel experience (ask her about that!), she’s hanging out with her husband and two kids in their New York City neighborhood.

Briony is an event logistics powerhouse, solving client problems before they even know they exist. With more than 15 years’ experience creating corporate events all over the world, she’s based in Australia, helping Huddle deliver a truly round-the-clock client experience. Before working for Huddle, she was head of event operations for an agency in New York City. A believer in unicorns, magic, and strategic brilliance, she always brings that extra special something to an event—and demands the same laser-like attention to detail from her entire team.
When she’s not delivering incredible events, you will most likely find Briony at the beach in Bali with her husband and three gorgeous children.
Hayley Contegiacomo
Hayley is a kickass event professional and event technology expert who helps clients get the most out of their investments and automate their most labor-intensive tasks. Previously the head of technology for a multi-national travel agency, and senior event planner prior to that, New York-based Hayley uses her critical thinking savvy to come up with a solution for every problem a client throws at her. The more complicated your event registration website, the more fun she’ll have.
When she’s not sleuthing out a new Cvent solution, she’s snowboarding, using serious power tools for a new DIY project, or hanging out with her husband, two gorgeous little boys, and tiny Pomeranian called Lo.
