International Sales Kickoff to start the year with a bang!
As a component of an annual events lineup, Huddle was tasked with organising the Americas Kickoff for Capgemini’s senior teams on this occasion. The objective was to facilitate an in-person meeting, establishing the direction for the upcoming year.
The event presented a challenge due to the remote venue's slower pace, not aligning with the team's accustomed speed. To address this, plans and contingencies were implemented, ensuring the team's confidence in delivering an exceptional event regardless of the venue's pace.
