Our client wanted to bring their team together to celebrate their success for the year during a period where travel was not possible due to The Global Pandemic.
Huddle provided an expert planning team to work with the client to achieve these objectives through a virtual conference.
The Huddle Team took a detailed brief on an initial call with the client and responded with a detailed proposal with images, pricing, and key information on our vision for the event and how the objectives would be achieved in a virtual format.
With minor tweaks to the budget completed, the virtual event format was confirmed including the platform we would use, key branding elements, agenda and a team building activity.
The Huddle Team handled the design, planning and execution of all elements of the event including platform configuration, production, pre-recorded elements, and the live stream.
