Hubb acquired by Intrado
Event tech company ‘Hubb’ have been acquired by global technology services company Intrado, greatly expanding Intrado’s capabilities and reach in the event space. We see this as part of a growing trend towards the recognition of hybrid and virtual events as a key part of the industry. Hubb will now be incorporated as part of Intrado Digital Media.
Global Working Group Creates New Audit Benchmarks for Digital Events
As we all continue to adjust to new ways of doing business, BPA Worldwide has led a group creating new industry benchmarks and standards for reporting metrics for virtual, hybrid and digital events.
The new system, BPA iCompli Events aims to bring “consistency and trust” to the new volumes of data being collected and represents the contribution of more than 15 event industry, trade show, exhibition and digital organizations.
