But choosing a destination can sometimes feel like a bewildering and complex task. Lets take a look at some of the top four incentive destinations that we are excited about for 2022.

Jackson Hole, Wyoming

Although it has a well deserved reputation as the alpine playground of the rich and famous, we love Jackson Hole because it offers such an amazing variety of experiences to such a broad diversity of people. No matter what your travelers are excited to do, they can almost certainly find it in Jackson hole. Nestled western Wyoming, surrounded by other famous names such as Yellowstone and Grand Teton, this mountain gem boasts more than 60 art galleries in addition to the incredible natural beauty of its rivers, valleys, mountains and wildlife.

Our activity suggestions:

Hiking: Jackson Hole is home to some of North America’s greatest hiking trails. Some of the most popular are the Hidden Falls and Goodwin Lake trails, both just over 2 miles and close to town. So a great place to get started.

Golf: If hitting the lynx is more your people’s speed they can choose from one of Jackson Hole’s fantastic golf courses. From the Snake River Sporting Club to the Teton Pines Golf Course.

Horseback riding: Ride through the pristine wilderness surrounding the town with a variety of packages offered by local outfitters. You can go for a full day, half day or even an overnight horseback trip through national forests and exclusive private ranches.

Winter sports: Last but not least those fortunate enough to be be there during the snow season can take advantage of the world famous skiing, snowmobiling, dog sledding and other amazing winter activities.

It has enough conference space and business facilities to suit your practical objectives, while at the same time putting you right in the middle of the action and only steps from the start of the ski runs.

Palm Beach, Florida

If your taste in incentives runs more to sandy beaches, sunny skies and cocktails by the pool then Palm Beach, Florida is a fantastic option. With miles of majestic Atlantic coastline between you and the mainland, it can feel like a pocket of paradise to reward and delight your travelers. We love Palm Beach because it has the glamour, beauty, luxury and diversity of activities that make an amazing incentive destination. There are a host of great options tailored specifically to cater to the incentive travel market which make hosting a fabulous incentive a breeze.

Explore: While the sea and scenery are the obvious star of the show, there is plenty to keep travelers occupied in town. Upscale restaurants, high-end shopping and fantastic bars on Worth avenue are a good place to start.

Napa, California

If you want a relaxed, culturally enriching destination that isn’t centered on the beach-life experience it is hard to go past Napa. For years tourists and incentive travelers alike have flocked to the Northern California region to drink in the terroir that spawned the world-beating California wine industry.

Wine: The most obvious attraction of Napa is the chance for your attendees to tour some of the worlds top vineyards and cellar doors. There are an incredible range from including the neo-Italianate extravagance of Castello di Amorosa to cutting-edge, sustainability-focused Cade Winery

Golf: Take a break from wine tasting and enjoy one of the many golf courses the region has to offer, such as Mount St. Helena and Silverado.

Adventure: One of the great things about Napa is that you can be sampling exquisite wine and cheeses one day, and hiking a scenic trail or going on a guided horse-riding tour the next. Austin, Texas

We all love Austin for its music scene, its quirky bars, its warm weather and dynamic culture. Located in the heart of Texas, this desert rose is the perfect location for exploring not just the city itself but the region around.

Bars, shopping and culture: From the Texas Capital and the beating commercial heart of Downtown, to the charming historic neighborhood of Hyde Park, Austin is a blast to explore. World class restaurants, characterful bars and an incredible music scene mean there is plenty to do during the day or after dark.

Breweries and Barbecue: Austin is a hub of some of Austin’s breweries and distilleries, from IPAs to well known brands, and many offer great tours and tastings to really let you absorb the flavor of the region. Take a short trip out to the famous Hill Country with private rides to celebrated distilleries like Dripping Springs or Treaty Oaks, which make great venues for events.

Kayak on the Lake: Hiring some kayaks and paddling around gorgeous Lady Bird Lake is a great activity for your team and an amazing way to see the city. Or if paddling isn’t your style there are several riverboat tour operators to choose from.
